Conviction shaped in the EHR
Aurevia is led by practicing primary care, cardiology, pulm/crit and bioinformatics physicians who have worked inside the electronic health record across thousands of clinical encounters. The founding team's conviction is specific: clinical AI that is not grounded in how physicians actually reason across time will not meaningfully improve care, regardless of how capable the underlying models become.

Aurevia's clinical leadership includes attending physicians and medical directors with appointments at academic medical centers across California, New York, and the Northeast, spanning emergency medicine, pulmonary and critical care, cardiology, ambulatory informatics, and primary care.

The engineering team brings experience across foundation model infrastructure, clinical data pipelines, and production systems at scale. The research team includes contributors from computational biology, clinical linguistics, and applied machine learning programs at Harvard, MIT, and Stanford.
